Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our updated return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
Return eligibility depends on where your item was purchased:

New Canaan Pop-Up Location:
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. -
Pop-Up Shops in Fairfield County:
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase to our New Canaan location. -
Pop-Up Shops Outside Fairfield County & Online Orders:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 4 days.
Return Approval Policy
- All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To ensure fairness, each customer may return up to 7 items per calendar month.
Once this limit is reached, additional returns will not be approved.
Refund Method
- All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Condition of Returned Items
To maintain the integrity of our pieces, all returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached

Items must be free of:
- Excessive pet or human hair
- Smoke odors
- Makeup stains
Returns that do not meet these standards may:
- Be denied, or
- Be subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from store credit
Items returned in poor condition may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must submit a return request within 2 days of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the issue
Requests submitted after this 2-day window will not be eligible for return, replacement, or store credit. Timely documentation is required for verification.
Wear & Care Disclaimer
We do not cover damage caused after delivery due to:
- Wear or use
- Washing or improper care
- Fabric changes (stretching, discoloration, weakening)
Items showing signs of wear—including scents like detergent or perfume—are not considered defective.
A true manufacturing defect must be present immediately upon arrival. Any damage occurring after that point is not eligible for return or replacement.
