Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Return Window:
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kset.shop.
Refund Options:
You have two options for refunds:
- Store Credit: Receive a full refund in the form of store credit for the total amount of the returned item(s).
- Refund to Original Payment Method: You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that a restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Process for Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Ship your item to:

- Please include packing slip with your return.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.
- Once we receive your item please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed your store credit or refund will be emailed to you.
